Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Schedule breaks and oversee meal/rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Help with hiring and training of new cashiers; enforce performance expectations.
• Maintain security by monitoring exit doors and maintaining cleanliness.
