Marshalls in Delafield, WI is seeking a front-of-store leader who promotes an excellent customer experience and guides a team of Associates to provide courteous service and loyalty program engagement. You’ll model instruction, maintain a clean store, and ensure tasks align with store priorities.

The ideal candidate has retail and leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask effectively while upholding labor policies. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and respond to POS coverage needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and communicate priorities with management.
