Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team, mentor cashiers and courtesy clerks, and ensure excellent customer service at the register. You will supervise operations, maintain cash-handling accuracy, and foster a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED and cashiering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist customers at the register with issues.
• Schedule store sweeps and manage cash register supplies.
• Maintain restroom and parking lot cleanliness; monitor exits for security.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and discipline actions.
• Lead in a fast-paced environment and engage with customers.
