Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily store operations. You will direct cashiers and courtesy clerks to ensure excellent customer service at the register and across the front end.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by directing Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist customers at the register and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule proper breaks in line with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and enforce disciplinary actions.
