Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks, handle escalations at the register, and help maintain a smooth, organized checkout area.

The role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Dependable with flexible schedule needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing and able to lead a team by example.
• Proficient in cash handling, numbers and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Assist customers with issues at the register and monitor supply levels.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in compliance with policy and state laws.
• Participate in hiring and training of new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain security by monitoring exits and supporting loss prevention.
