Job summary

Burlington Stores in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor/Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and work with Store Management to drive customer service and sales results.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and the stamina to move and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store front-end operations during the Manager on Duty shifts.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and uphold company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse, collaborative culture and resolve issues with informed decisions.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning meetings, and assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Represent Burlington in community programs and partnerships.
