You will mentor associates, handle register transactions, and help maintain cash controls while ensuring policy adherence and a safe shopping environment. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to train and coordinate with team members to deliver excellent customer

Qualificações

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register/handle money.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes a “Highly-Satisfied” customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly.
• Trains and mentors Associates on Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains cash controls and assists with break scheduling to ensure frontline coverage.
