Job summary

Burlington Stores in Sioux Falls is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll work with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, guiding the front end and driving results.

As a Manager on Duty, you’ll supervise associates, coach teams, and ensure safety and exceptional service for every customer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales results
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure exceptional, friendly, professional customer service at all times
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Coordinate workload planning and community relations initiatives
