Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor in Iowa. You will join the store leadership team, working with management in merchandising, customer service, operations and HR.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as MOD.
• Maximize sales through training, development and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and schedule adherence.
