Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor (or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor) to lead our front-end team. You will collaborate with Store Management on Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR to drive results and develop a high-performing staff.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
Maximize sales through coaching, training, and development of direct reports.
Promote safety and ensure compliance with company guidelines for customers and associates.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and support front-end operations.
