Burlington Stores in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor (or Selling Floor Supervisor) to join our frontline leadership team. You will work closely with store management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR, guiding teams to deliver strong results and excellent service.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and adherence to safety and company policies while advancing development opportunities within our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs.
