Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to lead front-end operations and support store leadership in merchandising, service, and safety. You will oversee daily tasks, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and teamwork.

The role requires supervisory experience, a strong customer focus, and availability for a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
