Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.

You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations and human resources to drive results and develop a capable team. As a Manager on Duty, you will supervise all store functions, coach direct reports, promote safety, and help recruit and onboard new associates while maintaining exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate scheduling and workload planning.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
