Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management across Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to drive results.

As a leader, you will train, coach, and develop direct reports while promoting safety and exceptional customer service. The role includes recruiting and onboarding new associates and coordinating weekly workload planning,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of leading customer service and front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and community relations initiatives.
