Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with management to drive service and sales excellence across Merchandising, Customer Service, and Operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for frontline leadership.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Drive sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote store safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, team-oriented culture and resolve issues promptly.
• Support in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
