Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you’ll supervise front-end operations, support store management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, and develop a cohesive team to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and uphold Asset Protection strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate meal and break periods; monitor schedule adherence.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
