Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor in Antioch, CA. You’ll be part of store leadership, partnering with management on merchandising, operations, and HR.

The role develops leadership skills and drives results through coaching and teamwork. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues promptly and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
