Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor in Chico, CA. You will work with store leadership in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations and HR to drive results and develop teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and ensure friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
