Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.

You'll work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, supervising store functions and coaching direct reports to drive results. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging communication skills.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and community relations.
