In this role, you will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with Store Management to drive sales and maintain outstanding customer service. You should bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights,

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise front-end operations and coach associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues/concerns and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support Community Relations and company programs.
