Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with Store Management to drive results while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price/big box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions while supervising front-end operations.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Lead community relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
