Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic retail team member for our HomeGoods location in Mentor, OH. You will lead frontline operations to deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience and support multiple store areas as needed.

You will train Associates, manage cash handling and register operations, and help maintain store standards. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register/handle money.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates feedback to store team.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies, procedures, and cash handling.
• Maintains cash controls and manages register coverage and breaks.
• Upholds merchandising, safety, and cleanliness standards on the frontline.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
