Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with customers and team
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow loss prevention standards
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising standards and process merchandise for the sales floor
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals
• Assist in training and provide feedback as needed
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
