Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in San Diego is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations and human resources to drive results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service will be provided.
