Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor in San Diego to join our store leadership team.

You’ll work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to drive results and growth. As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you will supervise store functions, coach direct reports, and promote safety while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
