Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR to develop strong teams and drive results.

This role requires the ability to supervise front-end operations, train staff, and ensure a friendly, professional customer experience, while maintaining safety and compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and ensure exceptional customer service at the front end.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Attend weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations and company programs.
