Burlington Stores in New York is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Front End Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with store management to drive service and sales.

The role demands a proven leader with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move or lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching, training, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse, collaborative culture and strong teamwork.
• Address issues and make informed decisions to ensure excellent service.
• Support asset protection strategies and help reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Contribute to community relations through company programs and partnerships.
