Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours.

• Lead by example and mentor associates on front-end principles.
• Manage POS coverage and assign registers during shifts.
• Ensure store tasks are completed according to plan and safety rules.
