Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a related setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of staff.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
