Burlington Stores is seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor in a leadership capacity. You will oversee store operations, drive sales through staff coaching, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities
