Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or off-price environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to lead and develop teams to meet sales and service goals.
• Experience supporting merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates; act as Manager on Duty.
• Drive sales through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Promote safety, asset protection, and compliance with company guidelines.
