Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor in Richmond, VA. The role involves supervising store functions, coaching associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service at the front-end.

You will promote safety, support recruiting and onboarding, and participate in workload planning while contributing to a diverse, collaborative team culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift/move merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
