Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR to drive results.

As a front-end supervisor, you will train and coach associates, promote safety, recruit new talent, and participate in weekly planning to ensure exceptional service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations as acting Manager on Duty.
• Train, coach, and develop direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and adhere to company policies.
• Contribute to recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and scheduling adherence.
