Three Bears Alaska is seeking a dedicated Front-End Supervisor to lead the store’s customer service team. You will oversee front-end staff, coordinate breaks and tasks, and ensure productivity and high service standards in a busy Alaska retail environment.

This full-time role requires supervisory experience, strong math and computer skills, and a commitment to friendly, efficient checkout experiences for every customer. Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage is expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service, math, computer skills preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Determine number of registers needed to accommodate customers and maintain productivity.
• Coordinate breaks, lunches, and side tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with other departments for help as needed.
• Manage fund increases, price verifications, and overrides to enable smooth checkout flow.
• Observe staff performance and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Provide training and feedback to cashiers.
• Perform cashiering, boxing, and front-end duties as needed.
• Arrange supplies and oversee customer service desk.
