Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a Front-End Customer Service PIC to oversee the store's Front-End department. You will supervise team members, greet customers, manage cashier operations, and ensure smooth, courteous service.

The role requires forklift certification, supervisory experience preferred, and a High School Diploma or GED. This full-time, in-person position offers evening, weekend, and holiday shifts with a starting wage of $17.00/hr and potential raises, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is desirable.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Determine appropriate number of registers to maintain productivity.
• Supervise front-end team members and coordinate breaks and tasks.
• Provide training and feedback to cashiers and assist with cashier questions.
• Perform cashiering and other front-end duties as needed, upholding safety procedures.
• Handle supply orders, equipment maintenance, and exchange procedures.
