Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking a Front End PIC to supervise the Front End team, ensure exemplary customer service, and manage scheduling and security in the absence of management.

This full-time, in-person role requires forklift certification, a high school diploma or GED, and prior supervisory or customer service experience. Evening, weekends, and holidays are required. Based in Tok, Alaska, the position offers a starting wage of $19.00/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required and maintained.
• Strong supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and supervise the Front End team.
• Schedule and supervise Front End team; supervise store personnel and security in the absence of management.
• Handle customer questions and/or complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
