Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service PIC for the Front-End department to supervise team members, coordinate activities, and uphold standards. You will ensure productivity and high-quality customer service while handling cashier duties and daily store operations.

The role requires forklift certification upkeep, a high school diploma or GED, and a readiness to train and lead staff across shifts. In-person work in Alaska with evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification training required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, answers questions, thanks customers and provides prompt and courteous service.
• Determines correct number of registers needed to accommodate customers and maintain productivity.
• Coordinates team member breaks, lunches, and side tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments for help or assistance as needed.
• Operates register-related tasks and assists with cashier questions to enable smooth flow of customers.
• Makes supply orders and oversees customer service desk.
• Assists customers with questions and problems regarding merchandise, payment, or service.
