Three Bears Alaska Inc is seeking a Customer Service PIC for our Big Lake store in Alaska. The role focuses on overseeing front-end team members, coordinating activities, ensuring productivity and customer service, and upholding department standards.

The position requires forklift certification training, strong cashiering skills, and the ability to train and guide cashiers. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are included with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front-end team members and supervise store operations.
• Coordinate breaks, lunches and side tasks for staff.
• Ensure cashier procedures and store policies are followed.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Make supply orders and manage equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accuracy in pricing, refunds, and returns.
