Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule requirements include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and team interaction.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Good numeracy and cash handling skills; able to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by guiding Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks and resolving issues at the register.
• Oversee scheduling, meal/rest breaks, and ensure compliance with policies and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and manage disciplinary steps as needed.
• Monitor cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking areas.
• Support loss prevention by maintaining security awareness at exits.
