Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Store Lead at TJ Maxx Store 1585 Manchester VT to promote outstanding customer experience and lead front-of-store Associates. You’ll model service excellence, manage merchandise and POS coverage, and partner with management on training and priorities.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and 1 year retail plus 6 months of leadership experience. Flexible schedule and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and work flexibly including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in loyalty programs and safety practices.
