Job summary

Niemann Foods is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver superior guest service and supervise the Front End team at our Illinois locations. You will train staff, handle front desk operations at lanes, self-checkout, and the service desk, and ensure policy compliance.

Key duties include resolving customer concerns, greeting customers, maintaining front end cleanliness, and handling money with accuracy while engaging customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to learn and use the GUEST program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers and project a friendly manner.
• Supervise front end and direct work for 3-12 associates.
• Operate POS register at lanes, self-checkout, and service desk.
• Maintain front end cleanliness and regulate traffic flow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety procedures.
