Qualifications

• Possess product knowledge of hardware related products.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by ensuring customers are acknowledged, needs are met, and concerns resolved quickly.
• Assist in managing total store operating.
• Assure front end provides quick, friendly service.
• Build and fill displays.
• Keep backroom neat and aligned with best practices.
• Assist in handling all associate issues.
• Assist in addressing customer issues.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by all associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
