Job summary

Niemanns is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver superior guest service, supervise the Front End team, and coach staff to uphold company policies and standards.

You will handle cashier duties, ensure smooth traffic flow, maintain front-end cleanliness, and resolve customer concerns while following all laws and store procedures. No formal education is required.

SUMMARY

The Niemanns Customer Service Associate is responsible for ensuring superior customer service, supervising and directing the Front End team, training and coaching staff to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
