You will supervise cashiers, assist with issues at the register, and help with hiring and training to maintain high performance. The role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, a flexible schedule, and a proactive, customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in customer service and ability to lead a small team.
• Ability to supervise cashiers and maintain a smooth front-end operation.
• Strong cash handling, math skills, and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiers and assist with front-end operations.
• Provide guidance and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Schedule breaks and ensure compliance with policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security at the front end and exits.
