Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and customer-focused.
• Excellent cash handling and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Ensure excellent customer service at registers.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and parking areas.
• Oversee security by monitoring exit doors.
• Schedule breaks and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers.
