The role requires 1–2 years cashiering with leadership training, flexibility for nights and weekends, strong math and cash-handling skills, and the ability to train new teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly with strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, scanner, calculator).
• Strong math and cash-handling abilities; detail-oriented.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Schedule and oversee meal/rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Maintain cash register supply levels and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor security and loss prevention at the front end.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead in a fast-paced front-end environment and ensure excellent service.
