Job summary

Kroger Co. is seeking a Store Management/Front End Department Leader in Sun City, AZ to drive exceptional customer service and oversee daily front-end operations. The role emphasizes safe, clean environments and achieving department sales and profit goals with strong team leadership.

Responsibilities include staffing, budget awareness, pricing changes, and adherence to safety and company standards while mentoring associates and delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition and subtraction).
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Retail or Customer Service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).

Responsibilities
