The Kroger Co. is seeking a Front-end Department Supervisor in Chandler, AZ. You will lead the front-end team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily operations to meet sales and profit targets.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to safety and quality standards while fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Retail or Customer Service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
