Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
• 4 years of experience in a retail environment (or 5 years if education requirement is not met)
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with or without direct reports)
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates
• Experience cross-functional collaboration
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign team activities to ensure staff coverage meets customer demand
• Participate in interviews and input into selection decisions for new associates
• Provide daily feedback and coaching; partner with ASM for disciplinary actions
• Drive exceptional customer service and front-end operations efficiency
• Ensure safety, security and shrink prevention through daily checks
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive improvements
• Coach and develop associates to grow confidence and competence
• Maintain appropriate headcount across Pro, Install, Delivery, and Pickup in-store functions
