You will direct teams, participate in interviews, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and deliver SMART customer service and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent retail experience.
• 3+ years in a retail environment; 5 years if education requirement not met.
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with or without direct reports).
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations (checkouts, returns, overrides, audits, pickup for in-store and curbside).
• Drive customer service excellence by ensuring the front-end team greets customers and responds to inquiries.
• Lead back-end operations (receiving, stocking, freight flow, inventory control) to support sales.
• Manage staffing, coaching, and performance feedback; escalate issues to senior management when needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and shrink prevention; monitor for hazards and maintain clean store areas.
• Support payroll closeout and associate recognition activities.
